Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber

Oil resistant material for standard applications.

Hardness: at 20 °C: 85° Shore A +/- 5
Temperature range: -3°C to +120°C
Pressure resistance: up to 160 bar

Resistance:
Flame resistant fluids HFA, HFB, HFC, with at least 40% water, water (special mixtures up to +100°C), aliphatic hydrocarbons such as propane, butane, petrol, mineral oils and fats, diesel fuels and heating oils, canola oils, polyalkylenglycols, many synthetic esters (environmentally friendly hydrocarbons), many diluted acids, bases, saline solutions, at low temperatures, silicon oils and silicone fats.

Not resistant to:
Ozone influence, weather and aging, brake fluids based on glycols (ATE blue, DOT 4, Pentosine), aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons such as trichloroethylene, flame resistant fluids HFD, polar solvents such as ketone, acetone, Essigsäurenäthylenester [acetic acid ethylene ester].
