Hydrolysis resistant polyurethane

An exceptionally wear and extrusion resistant material, very elastic and with a good hydrolysis resistance.

Hardness: 94° Shore A +/- 1
Temperature range: -30°C to 115°C
Pressure resistance: Up to 400 bar

Resistance:
Mineral oils and fats (certain additives can have a destructive effect), hydraulic fluids on a mineral oil basis, silicone oils and fats, biologically degradable hydraulic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons (e. g. propane, butane, petrol), flame resistant hydraulic fluids of the HFA and HFB groups, seawater and hot water up to 90°C, diluted acids and lyes.

Not resistant to:
Concentrated acids and bases, aromatic hydrocarbons ( e. g. benzene, toluene), ketones and glycols, brake fluids based on glycols, chlorinated hydrocarbons ( e. g. dichloromethane, trichloroethylene), superheated steam of over 100°C, amines, alkalis.
